How we got to $9.

$9/aircraft is our actual infrastructure cost — hosting, database, email, monitoring, support — plus a small margin. If our costs go down, your price goes down.

What a typical 4-aircraft club pays.

Platform (4 aircraft × $9)

$36 / mo

Total

$36 / mo

That is the whole bill. Most clubs — including the one this product was built for, Westosha Flying Club at KENW — collect dues via check, Zelle, or the club's own bank ACH and don't route payments through their scheduling software at all. WFC currently pays ~$2,000/yr (~$167/mo) to Flight Schedule Pro for that same platform-only setup. Wingmint is roughly 78% less.

Pass-through Stripe ACH — you only pay on the transactions you actually run. No gateway fee. No monthly minimum. Turn it on when your club wants to retire the paper-checkbook workflow; leave it off otherwise.

Pass-through fees, not surprises.

Pricing FAQ

Pricing, line by line.

How are payment processing fees calculated?
ACH transactions are 0.92% of the charge amount, capped at $5.75 per transaction. Card transactions are 3.34% + 35¢. These are flat rates — no monthly gateway fee, no batch fees, no hidden add-ons. Most members paying $65+ in monthly dues will hit the $5.75 ACH cap, so the effective rate drops well below 1% on larger invoices.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The $9 per aircraft per month is the platform fee. Payment processing is the only other line item and it is itemized per transaction — ACH at 0.92% capped at $5.75, or card at 3.34% + 35¢. No setup fees, no per-member charges, no premium feature upsells, no gateway fees, and no annual commitment.
How much would my club pay?
A 4-aircraft club pays $36 per month for the platform, full stop. That is the whole bill for clubs that collect dues themselves via check, Zelle, or their own bank ACH — the way most clubs operate today. If you want Wingmint to handle member billing, ACH is pass-through at 0.92% capped at $5.75 per transaction. A club ACH'ing $13K per month in dues adds about $120 in fees. A 2-aircraft club pays $18 per month for the platform.
Why is Wingmint cheaper than FlightCircle or Flight Schedule Pro?
Lower platform fee, and payments are optional rather than mandatory. Westosha Flying Club — 4 aircraft, ~200 members — currently pays about $2,000 per year (~$167 per month) to Flight Schedule Pro for the platform alone, with dues collected separately by the club treasurer. Wingmint for the same club is $36 per month — roughly 78% less — with the same option to leave payments outside the software. If you do opt into Wingmint ACH, it is 0.92% capped at $5.75 versus FlightCircle's Fiserv at 1.09–2.89% plus a $14.95 monthly gateway fee, or FSP's Payrix at 1% capped at $100.
Do you charge per member?
No. Member count is unlimited on every plan. Wingmint's cost scales with aircraft (your infrastructure footprint), not with member headcount (which would punish clubs for growing).
Is there a free trial?
There is no hard-cap trial. Clubs can sign up, import data, and test on their real schedule without a credit card for 30 days. Billing starts only when the club flips the switch to go live with member billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Wingmint is month-to-month. Cancel at any time and your data exports out — CSV and API. No annual contract, no termination fees.
