- How are payment processing fees calculated?
- ACH transactions are 0.92% of the charge amount, capped at $5.75 per transaction. The club pays that processing cost; ACH adds no fee to the member. Checks have no Wingmint processing fee. There is no monthly gateway fee or batch fee.
- Are there hidden fees?
- No. The $9 per aircraft per month is the platform fee. Optional ACH processing is the only other Wingmint line item, at 0.92% capped at $5.75 per transaction. Checks have no Wingmint processing fee. There are no setup fees, per-member charges, premium feature upsells, gateway fees, or annual commitments.
- How much would my club pay?
- A 4-aircraft club pays $36 per month for the platform, full stop. That is the whole bill for clubs that collect dues themselves via check, Zelle, or their own bank ACH, the way most clubs operate today. - Do you charge per member?
- No. Member count is unlimited on every plan. Wingmint's cost scales with aircraft (your infrastructure footprint), not with member headcount (which would punish clubs for growing).
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The trial is 30 days. Add a card or ACH bank account at signup; Wingmint charges $9 per aircraft per month only after the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Wingmint is month-to-month. Cancel at any time and your data exports out, CSV and API. No annual contract, no termination fees.
