Pricing and billing questions.
Every line is published at /pricing. $9 per aircraft per month, plus optional ACH at 0.92% capped at $5.75. Clubs may also accept checks with no Wingmint processing fee. No setup fees, no per-member charges, no annual commitment. Email if anything is unclear; we'll walk through your club's numbers specifically.

Security disclosure.
Found a vulnerability? Please report it privately to security@wingmint.com. We acknowledge all reports within one business day, triage within three, and coordinate disclosure once a fix is shipped. No bounty program yet. We send real gratitude and will name you in release notes unless you prefer to stay anonymous.
What to expect when you email.
Replies come from a human, usually within one business day. If you're evaluating for a 20-to-200-member club, we'll normally offer a 20-minute demo over video and follow up with a migration checklist tailored to your current platform. We don't run you through a sales queue. There is no discovery call, and we will not pitch features you don't need. Sales math is simple at our price point: either cost+15% works for your club, or it doesn't. You'll know quickly either way.
Not a sales question.
If you're a member of a club that already uses Wingmint and something's broken, email support@wingmint.com and copy your club's treasurer or secretary so they can approve account changes. For reservation-specific help, your club's officers will usually respond faster than we will. They know your aircraft and your schedule better than anyone.
